However, if you are unable to come to the store in person, we are happy to set up a phone consultation or send you a fit/sizing form to help you find the right bike with the right contact points. The Classico is constructed using modern materials and traditional techniques for a timeless design. Investment-cast lugs are painstakingly engraved at the bottom bracket and fork crown for added detail that harks back to the golden age of cycling.
Heat treated steel
All of their triple-butted steel tubes are heat treated. Heat treated metal raises the yield strength for the entire tube, increasing dent and impact resistance. This enables the tube to be made with less material creates a lighter frame.
Investment cast lugs
Investment casting produces a high quality lug from a wax cast. This laborious process creates a lug that is stronger and has a clean finish and join with tubes.
Etched detail
The top eyes, bottom bracket and head tube feature the Condor logo etched into the metal. They hand finish the detail in an opposing colour.
