Service

We service Road, CX and Track bikes that have been purchased from PRW on an appointment-only basis. Due to capacity concerns we are not accepting service appointments from bikes not purchased from us during peak periods. We wish to maintain a high standard of service and feel we need to first service products we have sold. Please reach out if you have a bike not purchased from PRW and would like it serviced. If scheduling permits we are more than happy to accomodate you.

Some of Canada’s top cyclists service their bikes with us. We are an Officially Certified Campagnolo Pro Shop and Shimano Service Centre. Our staff are knowledgeable and up to date on any and all advancements within the cycling industry. Our staff have a keen attention to detail, and are dedicated to timely turnaround so you can be sure you will be back on your like-new ride in no time.
